Welcome to SommOM. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

SommOM provides private wine and sake tasting experiences, educational sessions, international tours, and membership services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings and Payments

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm most bookings
• Full payment is due 7 days before your scheduled event
• Tour payments follow specific terms outlined at time of booking
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings

Cancellation Policy

• Private Tastings: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days in advance. 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days in advance. No refund for cancellations less than 72 hours before the event.
• Tours: Cancellation policies vary by tour and will be provided at time of booking. Generally, deposits are non-refundable.
• Membership: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months or quarters.

Age Requirement

All participants in wine and sake tastings must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID is required.

Responsible Consumption

SommOM promotes responsible alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to limit service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Please arrange for safe transportation after all tasting events.

Liability

By participating in SommOM events and tours, you assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption and travel. SommOM is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of SommOM and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
